Good site for Instructional Design

DF 3 is going on in IGNOU PGDEL. Communities of practice. At least we were able to put up some respectable team work. Although Aakanksha Parmar was unable to contribute much and Kulwant Singh was out of station touring and was not accessible, Narendra Singh Dangi was in touch and did most of the work.

There were some questions. One lady, Aaradhya Srivastava, asked the following questions .

1. What are the differences in ID for educational and corporate training?
2. How can one deal with the challenges of ID in designing an online course?
3. Could you briefly explain the limitations of Behaviourism, cognitivism and constructivism theories?

While searching for the answer to the first question, I came to this very useful web site for instructional designers. Read, in leisure.

http://cammybean.kineo.com/2010/03/instructional-design-as-practice-in.html
and
http://www.elearnspace.org/Articles/InstructionalDesign.htm
you can start your TMA work based on this.

It starts with ' Define Instructional Design' to in-depth material.
