(1) They can make the material more interesting for the learner.(2) They can help better understand and remember the material.
(3) They can help the learner relate to the material on a personal level and see how it applies to their own experiences.
(4) They can be a way to make complex material more accessible by presenting it in a way that is easy to follow and understand.
(5) " Most importantly, stories evoke emotion. And the right emotions help in creating empathy, providing new perspectives, and calling for action"
It's not only the Trainer who tells the stories . Or content developer who creates the stories .
DRAW out the stories out of your experienced participants, in the training room , class room or online ! They too contribute actively to the content and to unforgettable learning experience !
